Reinforced capsule with an aerodynamic shape, installed in non-floodable zones (non-floating) and anchored to the ground. Structural shelter during extreme storms, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

Insulated "Thermal" shelter, air-conditioned or heated, energy-autonomous, providing refuge during extreme climatic conditions.
